Cancellation Policy – Lapland Winter Park accommodation, area ticket and activities

We are pleased to welcome you to Lapland Winter Park and look forward to providing you with a memorable Arctic experience. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before completing your booking.

Non-Refundable Booking Policy
All accommodation bookings at Lapland Winter Park are non-refundable. This means:

No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, early departures, or changes in travel plans for any reason, including weather conditions, transportation delays, or personal circumstances.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your trip in case of unforeseen events.

Changes to Reservations
As all bookings are non-refundable, modifications or changes to dates are not permitted. Please ensure your travel details are correct at the time of booking.

Force Majeure
In the event of exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies), Lapland Winter Park reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations in accordance with local regulations. In such cases, alternative solutions may be offered at the discretion of management but are not guaranteed.

In Case of Disputes

These Terms and all rights and obligations arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Lapland (Lapin käräjäoikeus) in Rovaniemi, Finland.

Tämä sopimus sekä siihen liittyvät oikeudet ja velvollisuudet tulkitaan ja sitä sovelletaan Suomen lain mukaisesti. Kaikki tämän sopimuksen tulkinnasta ja soveltamisesta aiheutuvat riidat ratkaistaan Lapin käräjäoikeudessa, Rovaniemi, Suomi.
