Safety instructions

Before entering the area or any activities, please register at our reception, located in a separate building from the restaurant. Please follow all posted signs and the instructions of our staff during your visit.

Helmets are required for the following activities: Ice Karting and Mini Snowmobiling. Always dress warmly and in layers to avoid cold-related health issues. Remember to take breaks during activities – some tickets include the right to warm up in our cozy kota huts within the park.

If you arrive with your own vehicle, please exercise caution when entering the area.

For everyone’s safety and comfort, we kindly ask that small children are always accompanied by an adult during your visit.

Please ensure you have valid travel insurance! 

We recommend that, if you are eligible, to have your European Health Insurance card (EHIC) or UK Global Health Insurance Card (GHIC) with you during your visit. If you do not have a EHIC or GHIC card, you can apply for a temporary one by writing either EHIC/GHIC and your country into google to find the link. Children need their own EHIC/GHIC card.
